CAV+S, in alliance with Leanpath, supports the prevention of food waste in casinos

In 2023, we picked up our alliance with Leanpath, as well as our food waste prevention project, which seeks to prevent food waste in large mining casinos. To achieve this, digital tools have been implemented, making the measurement and analysis of waste a much easier process; as well as the implementation of actions for its prevention.
