Many sustainability attributes such as: organic, fair trade, among others; seek to capture consumers motivated to acquire products that are more harmonious with the planet.

However, several of these products have labels that cannot be confirmed. This program links the steps in the chain with the purpose of mapping the sustainability attributes that wish to be communicated to consumers.

Keeping products in circulation by increasing their utilization rate and reducing waste is a great challenge.

In this module we consider the monitoring of shrinkage, loss or waste of food or other products, generating monitoring systems that ensure legal or voluntary compliance. An example is extended product liability regulations or regulations against food waste.
